Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled activity may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to package terms.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity time are non-refundable.

No refund will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
Cancellation by Sea Wave Adventures

Sea Wave Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any activity due to bad weather, sea conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, customers may choose to reschedule the activity or receive a refund, as applicable.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

Any transaction or service charges deducted by payment gateways or banks are non-refundable.
Partial Usage

No refund will be provided for any unused portion of a package or activity once the service has started.
Third-Party Services

Refunds for services provided by third parties are subject to their respective policies, and Sea Wave Adventures shall not be held responsible for delays or denials.
